You packed a rather ambitious person for Mexico City. They made a list, saved the list, and took a screenshot of the list in case the first two lists lost confidence. By Sunday morning this person would like to cover a remarkable amount of ground. Your travelling companion would like to see what is happening over there. Over there is not on the list. It is, however, where you are now going.

On streets opened for Muévete en Bici, walking, skating and cycling can all have a place in the morning. You discover that your preferred pace changes whenever something interests you, which is inconvenient after you spent breakfast insisting the route was obvious. Your companion stops. You stop. Nothing terrible happens. A whole minute goes by without becoming useful. You consider having another one, just to be certain.

Eventually you reach a place you had planned to visit, considerably later and in a much better mood. The screenshot has survived this journey with fewer adventures than either of you. When someone asks what you did on Sunday, you begin with the street, the company, and the bit where neither of you knew quite where to turn. The list would prefer you mentioned its contribution. You do not.
